A Rewarding Career at Familia Dental

“Every morning, when I wake up for work, I feel motivated and happy. Familia Dental has not just provided me with a job but has given me work friends that feel like family”

- Dr. Garima Kala

“One of the things that I’ve really appreciated about my journey with Familia is the fact that I have always had the opportunity to grow. I started off as a full-time dentist in one location…and then eventually I became a Regional Clinical Director. And I think that was one of the best things happened in my career, because other than vertical growth they gave me an opportunity for lateral growth…it opened up an insane number of avenues to learn and that’s what it’s all about.”

- Dr. Kirpekar

“Familia is the kind of place where you can work hard and get financially rewarded, all while becoming a better dentist and helping people along the way.”

- dr. Ben Rogier

“You are never going to find another job that will be as flexible as this one. If you request time off, you can usually have it, we also have vacation days.”
- Jesier, Lead DA

|Dr. Garima Kala

“After working four years as a retail manager, I was yearning for a higher-impact role where I could make a difference and help others. I had zero experience as a DA but I received on the job training and today I'm the Lead DA at my practice.”
- Adrienne, DA

|Dr. Kirpekar

“I'm proud of doing something worthwhile that gives back to my community.  I feel fulfillment knowing I'm making an impact in the lives of others.”
- Clare, Familia DA
